Terms
Last updated: August 15, 2026
These terms cover your use of KiVue Insight Center ("KiVue"). By using the site, the free guide, the workbook, or the Insight Hub, you agree to them. Please read them.
KiVue provides educational resources and self-advocacy tools to help you understand, organize, and communicate about your care. It is a tool you use for yourself.
KiVue does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or insurance advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional. Using KiVue does not create a doctor, therapist, attorney, or advisor relationship. Always confirm health decisions with your providers and coverage decisions with your insurer.
Our tools, including AI-generated explanations, appeal frameworks, and documents, are meant to help you prepare and communicate. They may contain errors or omissions, and they do not guarantee any particular result, such as an overturned denial, a specific bill, or a diagnosis. Review everything and verify it before you rely on it.
The workbook is a one-time digital purchase sold through our checkout provider. When the paid Hub subscription launches, it will be billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, you will be able to cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation stops future charges. Specific pricing and terms will be shown at checkout.
The KiVue name, content, workbook, and tools are owned by KiVue Insight Center and are for your personal use. Please do not resell or redistribute them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KiVue is provided "as is," and KiVue Insight Center is not liable for decisions made or outcomes experienced based on your use of the service. You are responsible for your own health and financial decisions.
We may update these terms as KiVue grows. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above.
